We're aware that a subset of Fetch users are currently unable to complete login on Fetch TV devices. Our Fetch partners have confirmed upcoming release 4.1.3 will directly address this issue. Please see below for the relevant details pertaining to your specific use case.
For Fetch Retail customers only, you can click here to contact Fetch and request the new build. Please ensure you share a description of the issue in your request.
For ISP customers, the new build will be available as a phased release from early December. Please click here to submit a request with the SBS On Demand team and our teams will let you know as soon as it's available. Please ensure you share a description of the issue in your request.
If you don't wish to await the new build, you can perform a factory reset of your device. Please see below for detailed information, before proceeding with a factory reset on your device.
Fetch Mini
To resolve the login fault on a Fetch mini device, you can perform a hard reset. Before starting the below, we recommend writing down your activation code from Settings > Device info, then follow the below steps:
- Press on the Menu button on your remote
- Select the Settings Icon > Device Info > Options
- Select > factory Settings Reset.
Wait for the device to reboot and then attempt login again.
Fetch Mighty
The login fault may also be resolved on a Fetch Mighty device by performing a factory reset, however, a factory reset will also delete entirely any recordings you have stored on your device, so proceed with caution or do not attempt if you don't wish to lose your recordings.
Before starting the below, we recommend writing down your activation code from Settings > Device info, then follow the below steps:
- Press on the Menu button on your remote
- Select the Settings Icon > Device Info > Options
- Select > factory Settings Reset.
Wait for the device to reboot and then attempt login again.
