How do I uninstall and reinstall the SBS Audio app?

To uninstall the SBS Audio app from an iOS device: 

1. Unlock your device and find the SBS Audio app icon
2. Touch and hold the app
3. You will either see a menu pop up or all apps will start jiggling 
4. For either option, tap the Remove icon. iOS will notify you that you can delete the app and all the data
5. Confirm to delete

To uninstall SBS Audio app from an Android device: 

1. Unlock your device and find the SBS Audio app icon 
2. Touch and hold the app
3. A menu will show with an option to uninstall the app 
4. Confirm to uninstall 

To reinstall the app, download the app again from either app store.
