We continually monitor the live radio streams to solve any issues as quickly as possible. While issues are rare, they are typically casued by congestion on the mobile network.
Here are some actions you can take to try and help fix the issue:
- close and relaunch the SBS Radio app
- close other apps on your phone
- re-start your Wi-Fi router (if you are connected to WiFi)
- toggle 'airplace mode' on and off (this will help reset your mobile network without having to restart your phone)
- restart your phone.
