If you're unable to find some programs on SBS On Demand on Freeview (accessed by pressing the green button from our free to air channel), SBS On Demand on HbbTV (accessed by pressing the red button on your remote from our free to air channel) or on your set-top box, it may mean the following:
- Catch-up rights are unavailable for this program or film. To determine whether content is available for catch up, you can check the online guide here. If an orange play icon is next to the program/film name, it will be available on SBS On Demand.
- The program/film is encrypted. This means it cannot be played or accessed on certain platforms (including HbbTV, Freeview and some set-top boxes), as the data of the film or program cannot be supported on the device/platform. Examples of some encrypted programs currently include (but are not limited to):

- Vikings;
- The Twelve;
- The Bureau;
- Atlanta;
- The Eagle
