You may notice a padlock symbol on some programs on your Android or Google TV. This occurs when you attempt to locate a program by using the device's voice search or universal search option. To avoid having search results served with the padlock icon, use the local search in the SBS On Demand app.
When you use Voice Search Feature, the system will automatically re-direct you to all the streaming sites and services where this program is available to view, including ones that have a subscription fee, which can sometimes be indicated with the padlock symbol.
To avoid search results returning with the lock symbol, please use the manual search function located in the SBS On Demand app, rather than using voice search. Navigate to the SBS On Demand app, and then select the magnifying glass:
