If you're using the voice-search function on your Google/Android TV, you may notice some programs showing in the search results with a padlock symbol:
When you use Voice Search Feature, the system will automatically re-direct you to all the streaming sites and services where this program is available to view, including ones that have a subscription fee. Hence the lock symbol or padlock across the programs.
We are currently working on integrating our catalogue with Voice Search, but have no exact date or timeline on when this feature will be implemented.
To avoid search results returning with the lock symbol, please use the manual search function located in the SBS On Demand app, rather than using voice search. Navigate to the SBS On Demand app, and then select the magnifying glass:
