SBS takes complaints about its content and platforms very seriously. General complaints will be referred to the relevant team to determine the appropriate action. SBS is not required to investigate and respond to these complaints. If you consider there may have been a breach of the SBS Code of Practice you can lodge a Code Complaint with the SBS Ombudsman.
