We continually monitor the live audio streams to solve any issues as quickly as possible. While issues are rare, they are typically caused by congestion on the mobile network.
Here are some actions you can take to try and help fix the issue:
- close and relaunch the SBS Audio app
- close other apps on your phone
- re-start your Wi-Fi router (if you are connected to WiFi)
- toggle 'airplane mode' on and off (this will help reset your mobile network without having to restart your phone)
- restart your phone.
