This article contains information on how to sign into the SBS On Demand app on Hisense TVs manufactured between 2017 and 2020.

When you first access the SBS On Demand app on your television, you'll need to sign in. To do this, use the arrows on your remote control to navigate down to "Sign In or Create An Account". Once the button is highlighted in yellow, press on the OK button on your remote to continue.
The following page will prompt you to either sign into your existing account with an email address or to create an account.
If you have an existing SBS On Demand account.
Use the on-screen keyboard and directional arrows on your remote to enter your email address.
Once your email address has been typed into the box correctly (this is important), use the Left Arrow on your remote to navigate over to "NEXT". The "NEXT" box will light up in yellow.
Click on the "OK/Enter" button to proceed further.
The following page will prompt you to enter your password manually (you may use the eye tool to see the characters if required) or if you prefer, to opt for a sign in link to be emailed to your registered inbox.
If you don't remember your password, simply press on the down arrow on your remote to navigate down to "forgot your password?". An email will then be sent to your email inbox with a link to reset your password.
If you select "Send magic link", the system will automatically send an email to your inbox.
From there, simply open the email and tap on the yellow "Click here to sign in" option. Your TV will then automatically sign you in within 15-20 seconds.
If you don't have an account with SBS On Demand.
Creating an account with SBS On Demand is easy. Once you've entered your email per the above, an email will be sent straight to your inbox with a link to create an account.
Be sure to leave the TV screen open until you've created your account. Once you've created your account with SBS On Demand, you'll see this screen:
Your television will automatically sign you in. Happy viewing!
