To access the SBS On Demand app on your Fetch set top box, navigate to the App's Menu and then look under Fire to Air Apps.
Select the SBS On Demand app and Free to Air Apps and you'll be prompted to sign in or create an account.
SBS On Demand has now introduced the ability to log in via a QR Code.
On the "Connect your TV" page:
- Grab your mobile phone or tablet device and open the camera application.
- Point your device at the QR code presented on your TV screen and click on the link.
- You will be redirected to: sbs.com.au/connect to commence the login process.
Alternatively, you can also head to: https://www.sbs.com.au/connect directly on your computer or laptop.
You may be prompted to sign in with your email address and password on your device if you haven't done so previously. If you don't have an account, click here for instructions on how to create one.
Once your login details have been accepted, you'll see the following screen on your device prompting you to enter the code that is appearing on your TV screen. Enter the code that is appearing on your TV directly into the "Code" field and click on "Submit".
Once logged in, the app on your Fetch device will automatically link to your account and activate on your TV.
How do I sign into my account with my remote?
If you have an existing SBS On Demand account, enter your email address on the following page. If you don't have an account, enter the email address you wish to use and you'll be sent a verification email to create an account.
For existing account holders, once you've entered your email address correctly into the field, select "NEXT". You can then enter your password and then be signed into your account.
