On 18 September 2026, SBS WorldWatch will move from linear TV channel 35 to an enhanced digital offering on SBS On Demand, featuring news in over 35 languages.
To continue watching your News program you will need to log in into SBS On Demand.

How to create an account on SBS On Demand:
Step 1: To set up an account on SBS On Demand, you will need the following:
- A compatible internet-connected device, such as a supported smart TV, mobile device (e.g. phone or tablet) or laptop
- A reliable internet connection (broadband or mobile data)
- An email address to create an account
Step 2: Once you have these, you can go to the SBS On Demand website, or download the SBS On Demand app on a mobile or tablet device from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 3: Within the SBS On Demand app or website, click on 'Create Account' on the home page and then follow the instructions to create your account.

How to find your News program on SBS On Demand:
Once you've signed in to SBS On Demand, follow the device specific steps to find your News program:
Website
Go to the SBS On Demand website.
Search
- Use the search bar in the top right hand corner to enter the name of your news program. For example: Polish News
- Select your news program from the search results.
- Choose the latest bulletin to start watching.
Via News Collections
- Go to the “News” tab on the website.
- Scroll down 2–3 rows and select the “News in 35+ Languages – Stream Now” banner. This will display all of our international news programs.
- Find and select the bulletin you’d like to watch in your preferred language.
Smart TV, Android & Google TV, Foxtel, Hubbl and Amazon Fire TV Stick
Search
- Select the "Search" icon in the top left hand corner of the application and enter the name of your news program. For example: Italian News
- Select your news program from the search results.
- The newest bulletin will always be featured on the news program’s title page. Alternatively, select “All Episodes” to view the latest bulletins from the program.
- Choose the latest bulletin to start watching.
Via News Collections
- Select the "News" tab on the left hand side.
- Scroll down 2–3 rows and select the “News in 35+ Languages – Stream Now” banner. This will display all of our international news programs.
- Find and select the bulletin you’d like to watch in your preferred language.
iOS and Android
Search
- Select the "Search" icon at the bottom of the app and enter the name of your news program. For example: Greek News
- Select your news program from the search results.
- Choose the latest bulletin to start watching.
Via News Collections
- Select the "TV Shows" icon the Home page of the SBS On Demand app.
- Under the Genres list, select: "News and Current Affairs".
- Scroll down 2–3 rows and select the “News in 35+ Languages – Stream Now" banner. This will display all of our international news programs.
- Find and select the bulletin you’d like to watch in your preferred language.
Apple TV
Search
- Select the "Search" icon at the top of the app and enter the name of your news program. For example: Dutch News
- Select your news program from the search results.
- The newest bulletin will always be featured on the news program’s title page. Alternatively, tab "down" on your Apple TV remote to view the latest bulletins from the program.
- Choose the latest bulletin to start watching.
Via News Collections
- Select the "TV Shows" icon the Home page of the SBS On Demand app.
- Under the Genres list, select: "News and Current Affairs".
- Scroll down 2–3 rows and select the “News in 35+ Languages – Stream Now" banner. This will display all of our international news programs.
- Find and select the bulletin you’d like to watch in your preferred language.
Fetch
Via News Collections
- Select the SBS on Demand app from Fetch's Apps menu, under Free to Air Apps.
- Under Genres, select News & Current Affairs.
- Under Featured News & Current Affairs, select the WorldWatch logo. This is the first logo in the row.
- The SBS WorldWatch – News in Language page will appear. Find and select the bulletin you’d like to watch in your preferred language. For Example: French News First Edition.
- The bulletin's details page will appear. To view the individual episode dates, select Episodes.
- The list of available bulletins will appear with the latest bulletin displayed at the top.
- Select the latest bulletin to start watching.
How to add your News program to your Favourites:
Add your news program to Favourites for quick access. Simply select Add to Favourites or the Heart Icon (🖤).
The next time you use SBS On Demand, select the Favourites heading to find the program you've saved.
