If On Demand videos aren't loading, there may be an issue with your network connection or device.
Firstly, check that your setup meets our minimum technical requirements here. If you’re still having issues, try the following troubleshooting steps depending on how you’re accessing SBS On Demand:
Website
- Update your browser version
- Clear your browser's cache
- Disable any ad/content blocker plugins you may have installed on your browser
- Try another browser for comparison
- Restart your network connection
- Try connecting your computer directly to your modem. If this works, there's likely an issue with the router itself
- Make sure you're not using a custom DNS or VPN
Phones & tablets
- Try deleting and reinstalling the app
- Update your iOS/OS/OS X software
- Check you're not using any content or data blocking apps such as Ad blocker plus or Crystal
- If you're using a mobile network, try switching to a network connection to see if things improve
Smart TVs
- If possible, try updating to the latest software
- If possible, try deleting and reinstalling the SBS On Demand app
- Restart your network connection (including unplugging your modem from its power source for at least two minutes)
- Try connecting your smart TV directly to your modem. If this works, there's likely an issue with the router itself
- Restart your network connection
- Make sure you're not using a custom DNS or VPN
Set-top boxes
- If possible, try updating to the latest software
- If possible, try deleting and reinstalling the SBS On Demand app
- Unplug your TV and device from the power source for at least two minutes
- Restart your network connection (including unplugging your modem from its power source for at least two minutes)
- Try connecting your device directly to your modem. If this works, there's likely an issue with the router itself
- Make sure you're not using a custom DNS or VPN
