To update the email address linked to your SBS On Demand account, visit the SBS My Account page, sign in, and click the "Edit" button next to your current email address.
To update your email address for SBS On Demand, head to: https://myaccount.sbs.com.au/.
Make sure you’re signed in using your current SBS On Demand email address, then click "Edit" next to the "Email" heading.
Input your new email address and click on the "Send Verification Code" button. The verification email will be sent to the inbox of your new email address. Please check your spam and junk folders.
Note: this code is only valid for 10 minutes
Copy and paste the verification code from your new email into the SBS My Account page and click on the "Verify" button.
A pop-up notification saying "Congratulations. Your email address has been updated" confirms that the update was successful.
