Enter the email address that you access SBS On Demand with and select: "Reset Password".
Smart TV: Samsung, LG, Hisense 2021 & above models

Enter your email address into the designated field and select: "Next". Then use the directional arrows on your remote to navigate across to: "Forgot your password?"
Smart TV (Hisense 2017-2020)
Android and Google Televisions, Chromecast with Google TV, Google TV Streamer
When prompted by our app to enter your password, select "Forgot your password?". You'll be asked to enter your email address with your SBS On Demand account.
Using the on-screen keyboard, type in your email address and then select "Reset Password".
iOS and Android applications
On the main login menu, select "Forgot Password".
Enter your registered email address with SBS On Demand and tap on "Reset Password".
A password reset email with a link will arrive in your inbox. Please check your spam and junk folders.
QR Code Supported TVs and Set top boxes
If you're signing in with the QR Code login and you can't remember your password, first enter your email and then tap the 'forgot password' option.
